WASHINGTON, NC. – Borderless Charity, Inc., today announced that it has been officially designated as a fully legal charity organization, registered in the United States as Borderless Charity, Inc. 501 (c) (3). The organization is now up and running with the intent to fulfill its mission to make a real difference in peoples’ lives that need help anywhere in the world.
Run by volunteers, Borderless Charity was founded by Christopher Franko, Borderless Charity President, who also founded the Expanse™ Project and FrankoCoin™.
“I am so overwhelmed with joy about getting the exemption letter. I’ve been planning this charity for over five years and this year I’ve finally been fortunate enough to manifest this dream,” said Franko. “It’s taken nearly a year of paperwork and endless patience, but it has all paid off.”
Borderless Charity has big plans for projects to make the world ever so slightly better, some of which are already underway. Leveraging the Expanse blockchain and smart contracts for managing donations and tracking funds distribution, the projects help people in need.
“I’d like to thank Scott Williams, Borderless Charity board member, for taking charge of the long registration process,” continued Franko. “And I could not have done this without the support of my family.”
Other board members include Mylene Williams, Marcia Danzeisen and Heather Franko, who also serves as treasurer.
